Dubai Autodrome, located at the heart of the Union Properties MotorCity development, includes an FIA sanctioned 5.39km circuit with six different configurations, a race school, indoor and outdoor karting tracks, the Grandstand Retail Plaza, the Motorsport Business Park, a VIP Paddock Hospitality area and entertainment facilities ideal for events and corporate entertainment.

Since 1985, ServeU has facilities management industry in the United Arab Emirates. As pioneers, ServeU provides a wide range of facilities management services with complete focus on customer relations and high-quality standards. EDACOM

Edacom Owners Association Management is a subsidiary of Union Properties. EDACOM Management is qualified and experienced in the Management of Jointly Owned Properties in compliance with RERA’s rules and regulations. EDACOM manages a number of Communities and Projects including Master Community Motor City, Uptown Mirdif, Green Community, and Uptown Motor City, ensuring that all soft and hard services are delivered to the highest standards possible.
